PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SITE TERMS CAREFULLY. ANY PURCHASES OFF OF OUR WEBSITE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

At PixKeep, we strive to ensure every product we sell renders the highest level of customer delight and make you truly proud of your purchase.  We engage sophisticated, state of the art technology to design and manufacture our products and your happiness and satisfaction is of prime importance to us.

 

 OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee your items to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition within 30 days of the order and in its original packaging.  We will be happy to process a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Please note that every personalized item you design and order from us is made specially for you per your design specifications.  Given the personalized nature of these items, we cannot restock or resell them at our end.  Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  For orders involving any kind of personalization or customization, we request that you recheck and confirm the design specifications and personalization details prior to placing the order.  This includes spelling, colors, print design placements and other. 

We are unable to accept requests for order cancellations or order changes once the order is placed, since they are immediately sent into production. 

Please note that PixKeep reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

For orders placed during our busy holiday season we try our best to ensure that your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.  Thanks for your understanding in this matter.

 

 TO PROCESS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

 Please email customerservice@pixkeep.com to start a return or reimbursement  request before mailing your package to us.  Please provide details of your order number and your contact info for quicker processing.

  • Please include all relevant information along with an image/ photo depicting the issue
  • Upon hearing back from us, you may please choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you to return the item to us.  We do not offer prepaid return labels,
  • We can process Returns or Exchanges if initiated within 30 days of your order date, based on conditions listed above.  Please check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window.
